How the All Furniture Services® Franchise Process Works

From initial conversation to territory development, training and opening your business.

From Interest to Operating Your Business

Becoming an All Furniture Services® franchisee is a structured process designed to help both sides determine whether the opportunity, territory and business model are a good fit.

The process generally includes the following steps:

1. Contact Us

Start by contacting All Franchise Services and telling us about yourself, your experience, the market you’re interested in and your goals. This gives us an opportunity to understand what you’re looking for and allows you to begin learning about the All Furniture Services® franchise model.

2. Review Your Market & Territory

We’ll discuss the geographic area you’re interested in and review territory availability. Franchise territories are established based on factors such as population, market characteristics, existing coverage and service opportunities.

3. Learn How the Business Operates

You’ll have an opportunity to learn more about the All Furniture Services® operating model, including customer service, field operations, technician management, scheduling, reporting, account relationships, technology and other parts of running the business.

4. Review Franchise Information & Requirements

Before moving forward, applicable franchise documentation, business requirements, financial considerations, territory information and franchise terms are reviewed as part of the evaluation process.

5. Finalize the Franchise Agreement

If both sides decide to proceed after the required review process and applicable waiting periods, the appropriate franchise agreements and related documentation can be completed.

6. Establish Your Local Business

We’ll provide guidance for setting up the local business structure and operating systems associated with your All Furniture Services® franchise and designated territory.

7. Training & Onboarding

Franchise training is designed to cover the major components of operating the business, including customer interaction, account management, service procedures, field operations, reporting, scheduling, technology and administrative processes.

Initial training is generally designed to be completed in approximately two weeks, although the actual schedule can vary depending on experience, business requirements and the needs of the franchisee.

8. Technology & Service Management Systems

You’ll receive training on the technology used to manage customers, service requests, work orders, scheduling, dispatching, technicians, photographs, reports, estimates, invoices, payments and other operational activities.

9. Build Your Technician & Service Coverage

A strong local service network is an important part of developing the territory. Depending on the market and business model, this may include working with qualified furniture technicians and specialty service providers capable of completing different types of furniture service.

10. Begin Operating Your Territory

Once the required setup, training and onboarding are completed, you can begin developing and operating the All Furniture Services® business within your designated territory.

11. Ongoing Operational & Business Support

Support continues after the initial launch. Franchisees can receive guidance relating to operating procedures, technology, service management, business development and other aspects of running the franchise.

Built Around an Established Service Operation

The franchise opportunity is based on the operating experience of All Furniture Services®, which has provided furniture repair, restoration and related services since 1999.

The business serves residential customers as well as manufacturers, retailers, warranty companies, moving and delivery companies, hospitality properties, medical facilities, offices and other commercial organizations.

Franchisees benefit from entering a system developed through actual field-service operations rather than starting with an untested service concept.

Already a Furniture Technician?

You don’t have to become a franchise owner to begin working with the All Furniture Services® network.

If you’re an experienced independent furniture technician or operate an existing furniture service company, you can contact us about becoming a service provider in the areas you already cover.

This can also provide an opportunity to become familiar with the All Furniture Services® operating environment before deciding whether a larger territory-based franchise business is something you want to explore in the future.
